The fees will vary... its very difficult to say as everyone have their own rates and rates differ as per cities... however a personal trainer will be expensive than an institute or a group class
Its better to learn with a personal trainer if you really want to improve as a singer or take up singing professionaly

1. Qualifications of the Teaher
2. Is the Teacher from a Famous GHARANA
3. What is the Experience of the Institute
4. Going to an Insitute mean having more students around, so students with decent skill sets would be able to enhance your skills via peer learning also.
5. How many Classes per week do they provide (One per week is essential)
6. Size, capacity and ambience of the Institute also matters to some extent
